Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial
analysis and support for financial strategies
Assist in the preparation and review of budgets, ensuring accuracy
and alignment with corporate goals
Analyze financial data, monitor performance metrics, and provide
recommendations for cost reduction and process optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or
equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in finance,
accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and
business partnership
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial
software
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and
technology
