Our client is a leading firm that is on a mission to transform lower-middle-market companies by unlocking their true potential. As a Controller, you'll play a key role in driving financial strategy and making a direct impact on the financial health of both the firm and its portfolio companies. Salary : $140,000 - $170,000 (higher salary dependent on experience) + 401k match Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting, including AP/AR, treasury, and general ledger. Manage financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. Lead external audits, cash flow management, and internal controls. Support cross-functional teams with financial guidance and analysis. Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5 to 10 years of accounting experience; CPA required. Experience with NetSuite SaaS industry experience. This is a full-time role and requires being in the office 5 days per week. They offer benefits, 401k match, PTO, cell phone allowance.
