Your primary focus will be on resolving complex tax issues, submitting necessary forms, and ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.Investigate and resolve tax issues by liaising with the IRS and state agencies.Submit Power of Attorney (POA) forms online and ensure all required documentation is accurate.Update case files regularly, including uploading transcripts and maintaining up-to-date case statuses.Track progress on each case, keeping accurate notes in our CRM system to ensure smooth and timely resolutions.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including tax professionals and sales, to ensure a streamlined process for clients and government agencies.Take on additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the teams success.What You Need to Succeed:CTEC Certification.Active PTIN and CAF Number with the IRS.A minimum of 2 years of experience working with CRM systems and tax management platforms.Strong computer skills, with proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with the IRS, state agencies, and clients.Time management expertise to handle a large caseload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.High school diploma or equivalent (GED), or two years of related experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Compensation:Pay Range: $20.00 $23.00 per hour.This pay range represents TaxRises good-faith estimate for the role at the time of posting.
