You'll Make in this RoleAs a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you
will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and
collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people
around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Function as a technical resource on manufacturing processes and
equipment
- Development and implementation of improvements related to
safety, quality, service, cycle time, cost (productivity)
- Development and implementation of cross-functional projects,
plans, and programs in support of business and strategic plans new
process start-ups, new process technology integration, aggressive
cost reduction, and supply chain improvement using Continuous
Improvement tools
- Proactively communicates project direction and status to
appropriate personnel
- Actively participates in relevant corporate
programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality
standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and
acts in a manner consistent with 3M's values and ethical
standards
- Utilize Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies to drive
operational improvements and excellenceYour Skills and Expertise To
set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum
requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a Science or Engineering
discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an
accredited institution AND three (3) years of experience working in
manufacturing/ production in a private, public, government or
military environment.OR
- High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start)
from an accredited institution AND seven (7) years of experience
working in manufacturing/ production in a private, public,
government or military environment.Additional qualifications that
could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- CAD experience
- Experience with 3-D printing, robotics, vision system, and
automation
- Master's degree or higher in an engineering discipline
(completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited
institution
- Experience in a manufacturing engineer role supporting and/or
building automated equipment
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent communications skills (oral, written and
presentation)Work location: Onsite in Monrovia, CA Travel: May
include up to 5% domestic/international Relocation Assistance: Will

compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which
includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This
range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The
specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on
factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant
knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In
addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits
