Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Design Engineer/Technical Lead,
Design Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain React and React Native design system libraries
and design token architecture
Lead vision and strategy for the design system, conducting user
research to influence roadmaps
Enhance collaboration between design and engineering teams through
tools and processes
Required Qualifications
Expertise in design systems and modern product development
Deep experience with CSS architecture, responsive design, and web
accessibility standards
Proficiency in React, React Native, Typescript, SCSS, and related
technologies
Solid knowledge of the Node.js ecosystem and npm package
development
Experience with UI component testing for design, localization, and
accessibility standards
