Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Hardware Customer Quality
Engineer to support customer quality assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Participate and lead meetings with customers related to quality and
track customer quality metrics
Coordinate customer audits and quickly assimilate technical details
during critical issue situations
Craft presentations and reports for customers, and work
cross-functionally to resolve product failures
Required Qualifications
BS or MS degree in electrical engineering, quality, or a related
technical discipline
5+ years of experience in an electronics customer quality role
Experience interfacing with customers and understanding technical
details related to complaints
Proficiency with 8D problem-solving tools and methods
Strong leadership skills and experience coordinating
cross-functional teams
