Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of AI/ML Engineering,
responsible for leading AI/ML initiatives and developing innovative
solutions in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Develop machine learning models for predicting health outcomes and
enhancing care engagement
Execute the vision for engineering platforms and reusable code to
improve AI/ML development efficiency
Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams on
AI applications
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related
field with 10+ years of experience, or a PhD with 5+ years of
experience
3+ years of experience in AI/ML/NLP solutions delivery
Experience leading and mentoring teams in AI/ML project
implementation
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools, including
Python
Experience developing and deploying machine learning models on
cloud platforms
