Job Description:
A company is looking for an EIS Global Connect Delivery Manager
to improve customer experience and manage service requests within
the cybersecurity domain.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance the customer experience of existing services managed by the
security operations team
Define and manage a backlog of service requests and communicate
progress with stakeholders
Drive marketing and awareness of the security operations team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of managing complex programs/projects
3+ years of managing service requests (intake to fulfillment)
Operations experience
Knowledge of IT Service Management Module in ServiceNow
