generations.Role SummaryRivian is seeking a driven and experienced
Senior Product Manager to join our Internal Tools team. You will
empower our internal teams by building intuitive, scalable, and
cutting-edge tools that maximize their impact and drive operational
efficiency. This high-impact role will allow you to shape the
future of work at Rivian, reducing operational costs and
transforming processes at scale. You will partner closely with
Engineering, Design, and Operational teams to deliver exceptional
tools that enable our stakeholders to scale their business strategy
and operations. Your work will be highly visible and
cross-functional, impacting internal and external stakeholders as
Rivian continues its hyper-growth trajectory.We seek a passionate

rapidly growing business.Responsibilities
- Define and champion the vision and strategy for Rivian's
internal tools, aligning with evolving business needs.
- Translate user requirements into features that address pain
points and drive operational efficiency, delivering exceptional
tools for various teams.
- Partner with operational team members to ensure smooth tool
rollouts through training, documentation, and communication.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, SOX, and audit teams to
ensure compliance controls for critical business operations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI to optimize
workflows and enhance productivity.
- Drive product growth and usage by working directly with
engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless
integrations across CRM and ERP systems.
- Establish and maintain feedback loops with internal teams to
gather insights, iterate on solutions, and ensure alignment with
Rivian's evolving needs.Qualifications
- 6+ years of digital product management experience with a proven
track record of delivering impactful products, preferably in
hyper-growth, digital-native companies.
- Demonstrated experience building valuable and efficient
internal tools.
- Ability to define detailed specifications for software
engineers and UX designers while maintaining a strategic
perspective on priorities.
- Data-driven with proficiency in using qualitative and
quantitative data to inform product decisions.
- Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and align diverse
cross-functional teams.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and applying first principles
to problem-solving in rapidly scaling organizations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment and
manage multiple projects effectively.
- A positive and collaborative mindset that fosters a healthy
team environment.Bonus:

DisclosureSalary Range for California Based Applicants: $121,500 -
$165,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on
experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)Benefits
