Job Description:
A company is looking for a Full Stack Engineering Manager who
will lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing
applications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of engineers in an agile environment, including
day-to-day management responsibilities
Mentor engineers and support their professional development
Develop roadmaps, milestones, and goals in collaboration with
product managers
Required Qualifications
6+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a
technical lead or engineering manager role
Expert-level experience with Angular and intermediate experience
with React
Ability to integrate and troubleshoot REST and GraphQL APIs
Strong commitment to collaboration in a remote-first
environment
Metrics-driven approach to leadership and mentoring
