Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Health Operations Manager
(RN/LPN).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee profitability and performance of the regional operations
center, ensuring financial and referral goals are met
Drive revenue growth through excellent customer service and timely
delivery of reports
Manage staff performance, including hiring, evaluations, and
productivity analysis
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
RN / LPN License required
Preferred business experience in healthcare and/or insurance
settings
Utilization Review experience required
Experience in Worker's Compensation and/or Auto insurance settings
preferred
