A company is looking for a Director of Business Development -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop an annual sales strategy to achieve company sales and
revenue objectives
Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospect accounts and
relationships with key decision-makers
Manage pricing and contract negotiations while representing the
company at industry events
Qualifications:
5+ years of consultative sales experience
Experience with B2B sales, particularly in HR technology
Strong understanding and network within a specific vertical
Experience in the contracting process and negotiating commercial
arrangements
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
