Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr/Care Manager, Patient Support Services - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform outbound calls to obtain eligibility information and document accurately
Assist customers with pharmacy-related services through inbound calls
Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and provide support for prior authorizations and appeals

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Minimum one year of experience in medical billing, reimbursement, or insurance verification
Data entry experience with a typing speed of 30wpm or more
Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs and soft phone systems
Must have a private workspace that adheres to HIPAA compliance
