JOB SUMMARY:
Novocure is seeking a Manager of Health Economics and Outcomes
Research (HEOR) and Value to support strategic initiatives that
demonstrate the value of Optune and Tumor Treating Fields
(TTFields). This role will focus on developing and implementing
value demonstration strategies globally, with particular emphasis
on Asia. The position will work cross-functionally to align value
propositions with commercial and medical objectives.
This is a full-time role reporting to the Head of Value and HEOR
and requires the ability to work from Novocure's Japan or other
regional offices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Value Development:
Contribute to the development and execution of global and regional
value strategies to support pricing, reimbursement, and market
access.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and articulate the
economic and clinical value of Optune and TTFields.
Assist in the preparation of global value dossiers and health
technology assessment (HTA) submissions in key markets.
Global Value Communications:
Support the development of value propositions, messaging, and
evidence packages tailored for diverse stakeholders, including
payers, health agencies, and physicians.
Develop and review value communication materials such as health
economic abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with market access, commercial, clinical, and medical
teams to ensure value demonstration aligns with broader corporate
objectives.
Assist local market access teams in adapting global value
strategies for regional needs and submissions.
Regional Expertise:
Provide insights into the market access landscape in Asia,
supporting pricing and reimbursement strategies in key regional
markets.
Support evidence generation efforts to strengthen the value
proposition for Asian markets.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
Education and Experience:
Master's degree in economics, health economics, public health, or a
related field.
5+ years of experience in HEOR, value development, or market access
within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in developing value communications and strategies for
Asia, particularly Japan, is highly preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong ability to synthesize and communicate complex value messages
to diverse audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability
to influence stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in developing value-based arguments and collaborating
with cross-functional teams.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work from Novocure's Japan or other regional office and
collaborate across time zones.
Cultural competency and experience working in global teams.
OTHER:
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
