We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our integrated
buildings practice. This position will contribute to Stantec's
success by planning, executing, and managing projects ranging from
$30 million to over $200 million in construction values. This role
is expected to use sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and
effective tools and techniques to execute and deliver projects. You
will be a senior contributor on our professional Buildings/AE team
and will work independently to assist clients from the beginning
through the end of a project. Your experience ensures that you are
capable of managing the clients, contracts, technical team, project
finance, and schedules, as well as supporting the project pursuit
efforts, led by the principals.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Must be a licensed architect. California licensure preferred. (or
licensed in the home-office state)
Minimum 20 years of experience in the architectural-engineering
industry of which minimum 7 years of experience as a project
manager in architectural-engineering firms.
Department of Defense experience preferred especially experience
with NAVFAC and USACE.
LEED AP a plus.
Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement
weather.
