Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Corporate Paralegal to
join their team on a full-time, remote basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage transactional data assets and assist with corporate
transactions
Draft and review contracts related to healthcare and biomedical
data
Prepare incorporation and formation documents, including
tax-related filings
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a healthcare paralegal, preferably in an
academic medical center or healthcare law firm
Strong experience in data transactions with health systems
Compliance expertise in HIPAA, Common Rule, and privacy
regulations
Corporate law experience, including setting up LLCs and new
companies
Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant
work experience)
