Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Support Customer Service inbound pharmacy team members in handling
customer inquiries professionally and courteously
Assist in leading customer service agents to meet established
service levels and metrics
Coordinate and resolve pharmacy inquiries while maintaining
confidentiality of patient information
Required Qualifications
1 - 2+ years of experience in a health plan, PBM, or clinical
pharmacy operations with call center experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's degree
in healthcare or related field is a plus
1+ years of experience with pharmacy-related operations
preferred
2-4 years of supervisory or equivalent experience in customer
service or call center operations preferred
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is preferred
