Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Manager to lead a
multi-state team of clinicians providing therapeutic care to
students and families.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of 20-25 clinicians, ensuring they have the
necessary training and resources
Deliver clinical supervision and provide ongoing mentorship to the
clinical team
Collaborate with leadership to enhance clinician productivity and
monitor clinical outcomes
Required Qualifications
Independently licensed to deliver mental health care (LCSW, LICSW,
LMHC, LCPC, PhD/PsyD, etc.)
5+ years of experience managing a team in a pediatric behavioral
health setting
5+ years of direct clinical experience with crisis interventions
and clinical supervision
Significant experience with short-term, skills-based care
delivery
Commitment to serving underserved communities, including uninsured
families and youth in foster care
