Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collections
Representative to manage patient account balances and provide
excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage self-pay account balances through inbound and outbound
calls, negotiating payment arrangements
Validate account balances and document payment commitments,
processing payments as needed
Provide information regarding the Financial Assistance Program and
refer calls to appropriate entities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare office environment
preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare account management
preferred
Basic knowledge of medical terminology
Experience with PC applications
