Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Software Quality
Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Create test plans for new projects and conduct testing for
web/mobile applications
Manage and cultivate a QA team, ensuring high-quality output and
adherence to best practices
Organize daily efforts using Agile/SCRUM methodologies and
collaborate with other departments
Required Qualifications
7+ years in a QA management or supervisory position
Experience in creating test plans and conducting various testing
types (Beta, A/B, User Acceptance)
Fluency in Java and basic SQL skills
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
concepts
Experience in hiring and managing a diverse QA team
