Pay Rate: $90.00 - $100.00/Hour

Title: Machine Learning Engineer or AI Engineer or GenAI Engineer

Skill Set: Machine Learning model, AI, python, javascript, PyTorch, Tensorflow, AR/VR

Certification: ML



Responsibility

Adapt standard machine learning methods leveraging modern parallel environments (e.g. distributed clusters, multicore SMP, and GPU)
Develop highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning, data regression, and rules based models
Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements from XFN teams.
Code deliverables in tandem with the engineering team.



Years of Experience

6+ years of experience in software engineering or a relevant field. 3+ years of experience if you have a PhD



Must-Have Skills

Most important skill: 5+ years of consistent industry-level experience working with Machine Learning Engineer, AI, GenAI

Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Javascript or Hack
Experience with developing machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact
Track record of successful cross-functional partnerships
Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes



Nice-to-Have Skills

Former Meta or big tech company
Exposure to architectural patterns of large scale software applications
Experience with scripting languages such as Pytorch and TF
C++ Preferred



Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of experience in software engineering or a relevant field. 3+ years of experience if you have a PhD
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Javascript or Hack
Experience with developing machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PHP, and/or shell scripts
Experience building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliability
Track record of successful cross-functional partnerships
Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience


Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $90-$100 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
