Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist
customers and enhance their experience with the product.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist users in navigating the product and provide personalized
support through various communication channels
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure outstanding customer
outcomes and support business growth
Collect customer feedback and qualify leads for the sales team
Required Qualifications:
Native or near-native English ability; additional languages are a
plus
Flexibility to work in the UTC+8:00 (GMT+8) time zone
A couple of years of relevant work experience is preferred
Ability to interpret and explain data effectively
Willingness to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility for weekend
shifts
