Job Description:
A company is looking for a System Architecture Lead to spearhead
the development of open architecture Systems Engineering standards
and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage system architectures, interfaces, and
requirements using MBSE tools
Lead the implementation of MBSE methodologies for the program
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain
system models ensuring design consistency and traceability
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering or a related discipline
with typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
Practical knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Experience with MBSE language and tools (e.g., SysML, Cameo)
Knowledge of requirements management, systems design, and
integration
Experience leading teams in agile development methodologies
