Job Description:
A company is looking for an Auto Claims Specialist to manage
high-volume outbound calls related to medical claims for insurance
companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and research details of auto accidents to determine
payers
Make high-volume outbound calls to patients, insurance
representatives, and attorneys
Submit bills and documentation to insurance companies and follow up
on unpaid claims
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Driven and highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced
environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and
software applications
Experience with Coordination of Benefits and insurance billing is a
plus
Ability to maintain strong performance metrics
