Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Support Specialist to join
their B2C Support team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively resolve user inquiries via phone, email, chat, and
screen sharing
Document and report trends in customer interactions to
management
Identify product improvements and report bugs to management
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role or
equivalent training
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite
Experience with Smartphones, Tablets, and Computers across various
operating systems
Strong typing skills (40+ wpm)
Empathetic and patient with a customer-first mindset
