our global clients.The roleWe are seeking an experienced Onshore
Integration Lead to guide and manage SAP SD and SAP S4HANA
integration efforts. In this role, you will oversee seamless system
operations, address technical challenges, and implement innovative
solutions to support our clients' digital journeys. You'll work
closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and
efficiency of SAP systems. With a focus on delivering high-quality
solutions, you'll play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction
and fostering growth through impactful digital transformations.What
you'll bring
- 10+ years of SAP experience
- Strong understanding of SAP SD module functionalities including
sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit
management.
- Experience with SAP AMS processes, including change management,
incident management, and problem resolution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with
business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analytical skills to identify root causes of system issues and
propose solutions.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration tools and ability to create
custom reports and workflows.
- Knowledge of industry best practices related to sales and
distribution processes.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution industry is a
plus.
- Strong leadership skills and managing critical incident
events.
- Exposure to Global Delivery model will be an added
