Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Migration Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers prior to migration to inform them about the
process and provide necessary training
Collaborate with technical teams to develop a detailed migration
plan and execute it
Provide real-time assistance to customers during the transition and
monitor feedback for improvements
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Administration; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 6 years of related experience or equivalent combination
of education and experience
Experience in migration planning and execution
Knowledge of change management principles
Basic proficiency in Oracle and spreadsheet applications is a
plus
