Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Narrative Designer to shape
the creative vision and narrative systems for game projects.
Key Responsibilities
Guide the team's major narrative and creative decisions while
carrying the creative vision
Architect narrative systems that align with product goals and
player motivations
Mentor and nurture a talented team of game designers to foster
creativity and excellence
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of narrative design principles, storytelling,
and worldbuilding
Ability to connect creative decisions with product goals and player
motivations
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including
engineering and art
Knowledge of games as a service and live operations
Enthusiasm for mentoring and a natural curiosity to learn and
grow
