A company is looking for a CPE Program Supervisor - Clinical
Pastoral Education.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operation and education of the Clinical Pastoral
Education (CPE) Program
Coordinate CPE units and collaborate with chaplains to address
spiritual care needs
Facilitate communication and strategic planning within the
chaplaincy team and clinical leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Completed four or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
(required)
Board certification by a professional certifying organization
(required)
ACPE Certified Educator or Certified Educator Candidate
(required)
Master's degree in Theology or Pastoral Studies (required)
4 years of progressive experience as a Chaplain (required)
