Job Description:

A company is looking for a Nature and Gender Specialist (Home Based).
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise on the implementation of the Nature Pledge in the Africa region
Build strategic partnerships and support resource mobilization for Nature Pledge initiatives
Facilitate knowledge sharing, monitoring, reporting, and capacity building related to the Nature Pledge

Required Qualifications

An advanced degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, International Development Studies, Gender and Development, Sustainability, Economics, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in international development, gender equality, and sustainability, with a focus on project development and management
Demonstrable experience in advising developing country governments on environment and gender equality
Extensive experience with project development, implementation, and management
Fluency in English and French languages is required
