Job Description:
A company is looking for a Full-time IT Service Desk
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first level technical support to end users for
technology-related issues
Resolve issues using standard practices and escalate when
necessary
Maintain documentation and provide support for user training as
needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of technical troubleshooting experience
Experience in a Microsoft environment, including Windows XP and
Windows 7
Experience with Dell, HP, or Lenovo hardware
High school diploma and/or GED; industry-specific certifications
preferred
Experience with incident tracking systems and ITIL training is a
plus
