Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate 2 to support
patient-centered care and service excellence in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient service and assist in identifying care
provision issues
Act as a subject matter expert and train new agents on scheduling
and registration
Schedule and register patients for appointments while providing
information about services
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
General knowledge of office procedures and operations
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Any relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may
be considered
