Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong expertise in databases and data analytics to lead the discovery, requirements gathering, and validation processes for a complex project aimed at building an advanced marketing intelligence portal with several data sources. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, solution architects, project managers, and UX designers to ensure that business goals are clearly defined and aligned with the technical implementation.



Mandatory Skills:

Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data analytics and database management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart), data, database systems and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.



Preferred Skills:

Experience with projects involving workflow optimization, self-service platforms, or governance frameworks.
Knowledge of marketing analytics and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.


Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45 - $53 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
