Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in a

Resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and
collections accurately
Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues,
while fostering customer loyalty
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Verified secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet
service
Established dedicated work area that meets WFH standards
Availability to work a flexible 40-hour schedule, including nights
and weekends
Compliance with organizational security and performance management
standards
Participation in workspace audits and adherence to technical
support processes
