The Company recently received a new round of equity investment totaling $3.4B and recently closed a debt refinance in excess of $3.0B.The Role:The Director of Operations oversees the operational efficiency of the business and will report to our brand 'Mauzy' in San Diego. The individual will streamline efficiencies across the market, control costs, create an amazing workplace culture and develop all staff and management, constantly striving to be a world-class operator and helping others to do the same. The position is the most direct pathway to P&L ownership in the market and exposes the operator to all facets of the business, including driving sales, recognizing revenue, and launching new business ventures (i.e. greenfields).OUTCOMES (12 months)Operational:

• Standardize warehouse & inventory procedures across multiple sites
• Standard operation procedures (SOPs) developed, documented, disseminated, and employed across the business
• Information management system standardized and implemented across the market
• Oversee and support a robust fleet maintenance and acquisition strategy
• Deliver extraordinary customer service in all aspects of the role
• Make Mauzy the best home services company to work for in all of San Diego County
• Hit target margins on direct labor and materials & equipment through management training, development, and supportKey Competencies:
