Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Medicare Setter Agent to
assist Medicare beneficiaries with their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from Medicare beneficiaries and assess their
needs and eligibility
Transfer qualified callers to the appropriate sales agent or
department
Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to scripts and
guidelines for call handling
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or call center
environment preferred
Ability to follow scripts and guidelines accurately
Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and schedules
Proficiency in basic computer skills
