provides high-quality comprehensive care, including general
dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, pedodontics,
prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Hours of Operation: Shifts
available and range from 7:15 a.m to 8 p.m. PSTJob Location:El

USACompensation: Hourly base pay, plus commission plan plus $1,025
training bonus
- $16.00 - $19.00 per hour plus bonuses
- Realistic and conservative bonus earnings are estimated at $350
- $400 per month
- Agents have the opportunity to earn an additional $300 per
month on top of the first bonus based on more challenging metrics
for a total monthly bonus amount of $650 - $700 plus hourly rates
of payEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to high volume inbound phone calls while
compassionately handling questions and/or concerns
- Schedule new patient appointments
- Use trained sales tactics to reach company goals of
appointments set and customer satisfaction
- Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership Team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to accurately type 40 wpm
- Desire to exceed customer expectations
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
