A company is looking for a Director of Claims Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive process improvements and manage daily operations for Claims
Operations
Establish and maintain service standards and ensure customer
satisfaction
Oversee budget performance and implement cost-saving strategies
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in a high-volume claims processing
environment at a managerial level or above
Proven track record in service excellence and process
improvements
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex process and systems
issues
Experience in HR services, financial services, or similar
industries is preferred
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
