Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician (Remote in NH or
MA).
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls, including urgent
situations
Assist Customer Care Associates and the clinical pharmacist team
with guidance and feedback
Monitor and process help desk tasks, manage customer complaints,
and ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted in-state Board of Pharmacy License or
ability to obtain one within 30 days
High school diploma or equivalent
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
preferred
Experience with computer and web-based tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity
standards
