Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Compliance Specialist to
ensure high standards of clinical documentation and regulatory
compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage QA reviews for clients, ensuring timely assessments and
actions
Oversee the licensing process for Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
(BCBAs) and maintain communication with licensing boards
Provide expertise on clinician credentialing processes and serve as
a point of contact for payor contract inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a
related field
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
manage tasks
Proficiency in fast-paced environments with adaptability to new
tasks
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with
diverse teams
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management
skills
