Job Description:
Volt is immediately hiring a Community Relations Rep for a
leading apartment community in Irvine, CA.
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the
following role Please ensure you check the overview below

As a Community Relations Rep you will:
Promoting positive, proactive customer interactions to make their
experience of the highest quality
Perform resident retention calls according to guidelines currently
in place
Providing input regarding how to continually improve and provide
more efficient resident relations
Assisting residents with the move-in and move-out process as
needed
Monitoring NPS and Yelp scores daily to improve the customer
experience and maintain awareness of community reputation
Solving simple to complex resident relations issues in a timely
manner
Assisting with achieving financial goals through closing on
renewals and transfers, participating in leasing goals and
communicating the value of our communities
Ensuring all relevant information regarding resident concerns and
requests are accurately recorded in OneSite
Facilitating the resident retention process which includes renewal
paperwork
Completing and submitting final account statements (FAS)
Follow up with unresolved resident concerns in surveys or reviews
as needed
Performing community inspections to ensure aesthetics are
maintained to company expectations
Managing the eviction process from beginning to end
Participating in performance leasing consultant duties as needed
(leasing, tours, etc.)
This is a full-time opportunity
The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Ability to handle basic accounting fundamentals and concepts
Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
Excellent written and oral communication and social skills
Ability to float between 2 apartment communities (within the same
area)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM (on-site)
Days Off: Saturday/Sunday
Pay: $20 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
Experience with the following is a plus:
Leasing
Property Management
Customer Service
Accounting
