A company is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Lifestyle
Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective CRM programs to onboard, engage,
and retain patients
Create segmentation and personalization strategies while ensuring
compliance with regulations
Mentor and coach the team to develop high performers and foster a
culture of curiosity and agility
Required Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience with a foundation in business,
retail, and consumer understanding
5+ years of experience in CRM using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer
3+ years of cross-functional leadership experience
1+ year of supervisory experience with direct reports
