Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales leadership to create and execute sales
enablement strategies
Consult with leaders to assess learning needs and develop tailored
learning programs
Measure and evaluate the ROI of sales enablement programs and drive
programmatic changes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in enablement roles
2+ years of sales experience or strong business acumen related to
sales processes
Experience in a startup environment or high-growth companies
Demonstrated capabilities in strategic thinking and program
management
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage changing priorities
