Job Description:
A company is looking for a Website Support Specialist to provide
customer support for website needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve website support requests, primarily using
WordPress CMS
Communicate with customers via email, screenshares, and calls to
troubleshoot issues
Identify improvement opportunities in digital marketing services
and collaborate with leadership
Required Qualifications
1 year of WordPress web design experience with a project
portfolio
Basic knowledge of domain registrars, DNS management, and website
hosting platforms
Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management
skills
Proven problem solver with the ability to communicate technical
issues clearly
Strong customer-facing written and verbal communication skills
